What a great first few days on the road we have had. Left Virginia on June 28 and made it to Gatlinburg spent a day relaxing and riding before heading over The Smokie Mountains to Cherokee North Caroline then onto The Tail of The Dragon the legendary road in the USA a must to be ridden by all riders............though I was advised that maybe being a new rider it maybe too tough for me. I listened to all the advice from my friends but having seen it I had to do it........
It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life 22 miles and 639 bends later I was grinning from ear to ear very proud of myself and Lil Red Virgao that I rode. Had my pic taken by Killboyz, US129 and Mooonshine so will have lots to remember it by.
Birmigham Alabama is home to a huge Motorcycle Museum that is another must.
Today July 4th we rolledd into New Orleans.......for the fireworks and the party to begin.

So sat on the deck at my son's house having just had a great meal with him and Caroline. The sun has set we are having a drink and relaxing, yes relaxing that is what we I am doing. Maybe only for an hour but it is an hour more than in the last few weeks.
How much better can life get?
On Monday or Tuesday we are going to set off on an amazing trip south. A trip to places I have only dreamed of visiting but they are all on my bucket list so they have to be done.
As soon as that Bucket List is looking good I will post it and I am open to suggestions for all the places and things I forgot to add.

So this is my first ever Blog..........I have decided this is a big year for me as I turn 50 in December so I need to get some things done considering my health scare that is hanging over me............reality has given me a new perspective and the bucket list is under construction.
